Prabhavat team after having been part of extended development teams for our customers understand the product vision and capabilities very well. This makes us a very good fit for helping our customers with some of their product implementations.

  • For one of our clients, we have implemented their product at several of their insurance clients in US. We have integrated several systems through PICF for insurance process automation.
  • For one of our US based clients we have integrated their existing customer facing application with Sale Force and online version of Quick Books software such that all three systems are always in sync. This is achieved through the ActionBridge product at the center. When a prospect visits their online application and requests for a quote, the information is automatically propagated to SalesForce and sales representative is alerted using sales force features. When a customer’s request is fulfilled, an invoice is automatically created in QuickBooks. read on.
  • For one of our US based clients, we have integrated all their billing systems and customer support systems through web services. In total about 18 systems have been integrated. Identifier for all these systems is queried from a common system managing the identity data.
  • For one of our US based clients, we have implemented a reference data management solution based on InSync product for managing blood supply donated across several locations around the world.
