Manoj has around 17 years of progressive experience predominantly in enterprise sales & business development in India, Asia and North America. He has been involved in new market development, channel management, customer relationship management, partner management, contract negotiations and deal closure.

Most Recently he was with Persistent Systems as GM Business Development targeting both US and India markets. Prior to that Manoj worked for Metrikus Inc as Managing director India (a product company with a flagship BI product targeted to fortune 2k customers) responsible for sales of business intelligence and performance management products. He also worked with Euclid Inc (e4e) as Head India Operations, a company in infrastructure management domain, which Manoj co-founded.

Manoj started his sales career with IT&T (IGATE) here as a new business initiative he was responsible for north India sales of large format printing and scanning instruments to global engineering, procurement and construction companies and consultancies. He successfully led the effort and created a strong client base. Later he joined Odin, an Ireland based company and was responsible for direct enterprise sales as well as channel development for Macintosh products and solutions. Manoj has a bachelors degree in Electronics.

Krishna Kadali has more than nineteen years of hands-on experience in technology and building businesses around technology solutions.

Mr. Kadali has been part of high technology startups as well as publicly traded companies where he played a key role in building successful businesses around software products. During his tenures at Prabhavat, Nimaya, MKS, and Bull S.A, Mr. Kadali has worked with several fortune 2000 companies including Mass Mutual, Manu Life, ING, Sprint, Embarq, Mentor Graphics for providing enterprise solution architectures and product implementation services.

Prior to founding Prabhavat, Mr. Kadali was Founder & CTO at Nimaya based in McLean, Virginia where he spearheaded the development of their flagship products ActionBridge, InSync and also delivered several other customer data integration and systems integration solutions. As a part of Nimaya, he has built an offshore team in India from ground-up and successfully delivered several technology solutions through the offshore team. Prior to founding Nimaya, Mr. Kadali served in various capacities at MKS in Fairfax, Virginia and BULL S.A, Paris, France providing major contributions to architecture, design, development and delivery of their flagship products NuTCRACKER and OSIAPI respectively with extensive systems programming background.

Mr. Kadali has a masters degree in telecommunications from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and University topper from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur, India in bachelors degree in electronics and communications.
